Terms of use

Lajnu · effective from 9 October 2026

1. Who operates Lajnu

Štěpán David, Company ID (IČ) 02509113, Táborská 1791, 393 01 Pelhřimov, Czech Republic, info@stepandavid.cz (“operator”). By using Lajnu you agree to these terms. We handle personal data according to our Privacy policy.

2. What Lajnu is

Lajnu is a web app for attendance in amateur sports teams: players answer whether they are coming and the organizer sees whether the game is on. The app is currently in a trial phase and is free. We are preparing mobile apps for the App Store and Google Play. If paid features are added in the future, we will announce it clearly in advance and never charge anything without your explicit consent.

3. Team, link and PIN

4. Players

Each player answers only for themselves. Do not select yourself as another player or change other people’s answers. If your name appears in a team and you do not want it there, write to the organizer or to us.

5. Contributions and payments

Lajnu does not make or receive payments. The record of contributions is only an overview for the team. The QR code pre-fills a payment to the account entered by the organizer and the money goes directly to that account. The operator is not a party to any agreement about contributions. The amount, rules and any disputes are settled within the team.

6. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist you agree that we may send you an email when the app is available in the stores. We will send nothing else and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

7. What is not allowed

In case of a breach we may restrict access to a team or close the team.

8. Availability and liability

9. Ending use

You can stop using Lajnu at any time. An organizer can ask for a team to be closed at info@stepandavid.cz; we will then delete the team’s data within 30 days.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add new features. We will announce material changes on the website or in the app at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using Lajnu.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. Please send complaints and questions to info@stepandavid.cz. Consumers may file a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, adr.coi.cz.
